About me
I am a Registered Kinesiologist with over eight years of experience in cardiac and cancer rehabilitation and clinical research in women’s health. This work shaped my approach to movement as a tool for both physical function and long-term health.
Today, I specialize in supporting women through perimenopause and menopause using structured strength training and evidence-based coaching to build functional strength, mobility, and sustainable training habits.
Many women I work with are navigating perimenopause and menopause and noticing changes in energy, strength, recovery, and confidence in how their bodies feel.
